Her four keynote talks, on CX accountability, human connection, personalisation at scale, and the art of experience design, have been delivered to conferences, leadership summits, and enterprise teams globally. She holds a Professional Diploma (Distinction) in Customer Experience from the CX Academy, Ireland, and an MBA from the National Open University of Nigeria.

She went on to provide member value at a bilateral Chamber of Commerce between Nigeria and Great Britain before entering the technology sector, where she built and scaled a CX function across 10 global locations at Reliance Infosystems, gaining cross-vertical exposure across financial services, insurance, telecommunications, public sector, manufacturing, and technology. Today, Abisola is a CX Strategist and keynote speaker working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and human connection. She is the founder of Unscrpt, an AI-powered tool that rewrites robotic customer support scripts into human-sounding responses, and an Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine. She mentors women in technology through Wentors and WILAN Global, has been nominated as a WiCX Rising Star, and was shortlisted as a speaker for Grace Hopper Celebration 2026.
